手錶新手啟用 Quick Start Guide

STEP 01 安裝 SIM 卡SIM Card Installation

卡槽位於錶面左側，務必在關機狀態下操作：

  1. 確認使用標準 Nano 卡（具上網與來電顯示功能）。
  2. 卡托放回後請確實壓緊，以確保手錶防水。
★ 若開機後才插入卡片，請務必重新啟動手錶。

The slot is on the left. Power off before proceeding:

  1. Use a standard Nano SIM with data/caller ID enabled.
  2. Press the tray firmly to ensure water resistance.
STEP 02 APP 下載與註冊App Download

搜尋專用 App：Search App: TCL Connect

提醒：註冊請使用「家長手機號碼」，非手錶內的卡片門號。

Note: Register using the parent's phone number, not the watch's SIM number.

STEP 03 手錶啟用與綁定Pairing & Activation

點選錶面左上角紅底白字的「未啟動」獲取 QR Code，並使用 App 進行綁定。

Tap the "Not Activated" icon on the watch face to get the QR code for pairing.

STEP 04 手錶基本操作Basic Operation
  • 開機：長按 3-5 秒。
  • 點亮螢幕：按一下鍵（不支援觸碰亮屏）。
  • 返回：按一下返回主頁；在主頁按一下則關閉螢幕。
  • Power On: Long press for 3-5 seconds.
  • Wake Screen: Press the side button once (does not support touch-to-wake).
  • Back: Press once to return home; press again to turn off the screen.

充電線遺失或損壞怎麼辦？ Lost or damaged charging cable?

TCL手錶採用磁吸式專用線。若遇損壞或遺失，可至原購買門市、官網商店或洽客服訂購：

手錶有附電源供應器(充電頭)嗎？ Does it include a power adapter?

1. 包裝不含充電頭。建議使用 5V ⎓ 1A（或 5V ⎓ 0.45A）。

2. 嚴禁使用快充頭，以免造成電池充不飽或損耗。

3. 建議避免隔夜充電，以延長電池壽命。

3. Avoid overnight charging to prolong battery life.

有替代錶帶可購買嗎？ Can I purchase replacement straps?

● 可選購原廠 IP 授權版錶帶（限量）。

● 亦可購買市售一般 16mm 規格錶帶進行替換。

● Official licensed straps are available (limited stock).

● You can also use standard 16mm straps from other retailers.

不同系列的兒童錶帶可共用嗎？ Are straps compatible across models?

是的。目前台灣販售的 TCL、360 兒童手錶皆共用 16mm 錶耳寬度。

Yes. All TCL and 360 kids' watches in Taiwan share the 16mm strap width.

配件有保固嗎？扣環損壞可單買嗎？ Warranty for accessories & buckle?

● 保固限於手錶本體。充電線、保護貼、扣環等配件不在保固範圍內。

● 扣環遺失恕無法單獨購買。其餘配件需求請洽客服 @tclwatch。

● Warranty covers the watch body only. Accessories are excluded.
