By completing member registration, logging in, or proceeding with a purchase, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the contents of these Terms. 2. Account Security and Maintenance

Data Authenticity: You guarantee that all registration information provided is true, accurate, and complete. If any information is found to be false, impersonating others, or involves malicious creation of multiple accounts (e.g., using serial numbers to bypass system limits), the Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete the account and seek compensation for related losses.

3. Purchase Agreements and Product Information

Visual Discrepancy: Due to lighting conditions and variations in screen color rendering across different brands, minor color differences may exist between product photos and physical items. According to international inspection standards, slight color variations and minor external packaging damage (that does not affect product functionality) are not considered defects.
Order Confirmation: Adding items to the shopping cart does not constitute a completed purchase. The "Order Confirmation" email sent by the system after checkout only signifies that your order information has been received; it does not mean a contract has been formed. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons.
Formation of Contract: A contract is officially formed only after the Company has verified payment and scheduled the items for shipment.

4. Payment and Delivery Regulations

Payment Options: We provide credit cards, mobile payments, ATM transfers, and Convenience Store Cash-on-Delivery (COD).
Payment Deadline: For ATM transfers, please complete the payment and provide transaction details within 7 days of placing the order. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
Pickup Obligations: For convenience store pickups, please collect the items within 7 days of arrival. If a user fails to pick up items twice without valid reason, the Company reserves the right to restrict that account’s future access to COD payment methods.

Service Interruption: The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, external telecommunications failures, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of Use: Please read all instructions carefully before using products. The Company provides no guarantees and assumes no legal liability for hardware damage or accidents caused by improper operation (e.g., use with incompatible products or unauthorized disassembly).
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the products in the specific transaction.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute leading to litigation, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.
